Secure indoor parking is available for 40 € / month.
Visits are allowed as long as the life of the owner and neighbors is not disturbed.
Once a week, the student can let a friend stay without permission. (double bed)
Presence of a second room which could be occupied temporarily by relatives of the owner or the tenant for 30 € / night.
