Furnished room to rent (you can rent it empty if you want) in a cool appartement next to place Flagey (bus 38, 71, 59, 60, tram 81) and to place Blyckaerts (bus 95, 38), 10 minutes walking to Germoir (tram 81 and train station) and to Ixelles hospital. The appartement is composed by kitchen, living, terrasse, toilette, bathroom and three bedrooms. Other flatmates are workers between 27 and 31, but we accepte any kind of new friends! The room price includes ALL fees. Date of moving is flexible. A month of rental guarantee is needed (460€ as fees are not included). You can rent the room for a long period (we have a 3 + 3 + 3 contract) and you can enroll at the Commune d'Ixelles.
