La cage d’escalier vers l’appartement est commune avec les pièces de la maison.
L’appartement est privé et se compose de :
Au deuxième étage : entrée avec petit hall, une chambre, une salle de bain et une terrasse (accessible depuis la chambre).
Au troisième étage, sous toit, un séjour avec une cuisine ouverte.

We are looking for a trustworthy, calm and respectful person to occupy a furnished apartment (duplex) of 45m² in a family house with two parents (Audrey and Pierre), two children of 13 and 10 years old (Tom and Théo) and à kat (Lilou).
The staircase to the apartment is shared with the rooms of the house.
The apartment is private and consists of:
On the second floor, entrance with small hall, a bedroom, a bathroom and a terrace (accessible from the bedroom).
On the third floor, under the roof, a living room with an open kitchen.
