For our rooms and studios at Rue Royale 251, 268 and 272 we use the standard Br(ik student contract.
Through our partnerships with Br(ik and Université Saint-Louis we guarantee a professional approach in all transparance and quality at sharp rental prices.
Our buildings are located in a safe neighbourhood close to schools, stores and public transport (see STIB subway stop Kruidtuin/Botanique on (2) - blue (6) lines -> trams 92-93, busses 61-270-271-272-358). Our buildings are well maintained and have a good atmosphere.
