Je laisse ma chambre pour le deuxième semestre dans une colocation de filles étudiantes à quartier d'Ixelles, bien communiqué avec les lignes de bus, tram et métro, près du parlement et places Flagey, Luxembourg et Fernand Cocq, deuxième étage.
Appartement à partager avec quatre filles calmes et studieuses.
Chambre grande avec beaucoup de luminosité et chaude. trois armoires, canapé lit et lit très mou et confortable, grande table pour travailler. Salle de bain avec toilette à partager avec une fille très sympa et propre.
Je peux laisser la chaise, deux lampes, oreiller et édredon avec ses taies, et coussin pour toi pour 80€ (à payer à moi).

Abandono mi habitación para el segundo semestre de curso en un apartamento compartido de chicas estudiantes en un segundo piso en el barrio de Ixelles, bien comunicado con líneas de bus, tram y metro, cerca del parlamento europeo y las conocidas plazas Flagey, Luxembourg y Fernand Cocq.
El apartamento es a compartir con otras cuatro chicas en un ambiente calmado y de trabajo.
La habitación es grande, muy luminosa y cálida, dispone de tres armarios, sofá cama y una cama bastante cómoda y mullida y una mesa bastante grande para trabajar. Cuarto de baño con servicio a compartir con una chica muy simpática y limpia.
Puedo dejar la silla, dos lámparas, almohada, edredón y sus fundas y cojín para ti por 80€ que me pagarías a mi.

I leave my bedroom for the second semester in a shared female student appartment in a second floor in the Ixelles district, well communicated with the bus, tram and metro lines, near the european parliment and the well known Flagey, Luxembourg and Fernand Cocq squares.
You share the appartment with other four girls in a calm and studious ambient.
The room is big, luminous and warm, it has three wardrobes, a quite big table, sofa-bed and a pretty soft and confortable bed. Bathroom and toilet to share with a very pleasant and clean girl.
I can leave for you as well the chair, two lamps, pillow, quilt and their cases and a cushion for 80€ appart which you would pay to me.
