Chambre spacieuse (15m² ) à sous-louer meublée, ou non. Les dates d'arrivée et de départ sont également négociables.

Notre colocation se compose de 7 autres étudiants et se situe à Etterbeek (à côté du quartier européen et près du centre), dans une rue bien calme mais pourtant très près des transports en commun, des supermarchés ainsi que d'autres magasins.
Le kot dispose d'une grande cuisine équipée, du wifi, d'un grand salon communautaire ainsi que d'une belle terrasse.
Le loyer est de 320€/mois et les charges reviennent à 55€/mois (Un total de 375€/mois)

Room available during summer ! Spacious bedroom (15m² ) that can be rented with or without furnitures. The dates of arrival and departures are also negotiable.

Our collocation is composed with 7 other students and is located in Etterbeek (next to the European district and not far from the center). Our house is situated in a very quiet street but yet close to the public transportation, the supermarkets and other stores.
In the house, you will find a full equipped kitchen, wifi, a large living room and a beautiful terrace.
The rent costs 320€/month and the charges costs 55€/month (total : 375€/month)
